Put newly written codes under:

• snippets for the purpose of communicating through example code, not meant to be used in future
• scripts and execs for "meant to be run" small programs
• documents for non-code
• experiment if ...
  • it's "1~2 modules" level idea
  • it's modification to external big library
• independent cabal project if ...
  • it's "3+ modules" level idea
  • it has heavy or unique dependency
  • it's about experiment on features of cabal (e.g. Backpack)
