viewing the report.html takes forever

Generating a report from about 2 years of data takes forever, after waiting for ~5 minutes I stopped it. The Firefox tab stopped responding. It seems the data is hardcoded into the html-file and read when opened, this data is for about 2 years 6 million columns (just checking where the line ends)...
