Dark theme dropdown color issue

In some apps, the drop-downs and buttons not clear, because the background and text have the same color.

I have the same issue in ArchLinux(wayland), meanwhile, I have been experiencing issues with apps large black bars around them like shown in the image below, and I don't know how to fix it.
