Cmd + s keyboard shortcut blocked by ChatGPT

Hello,

After installing the 1.0 latest version of the ChatGPT app from dmg downloaded from the browser chat the cmd + s shortcut to save stopped working with me and my dev colleagues. We have Finnish keyboards and this issue was noticed by everyone when returning to use VS code.

Issue requires restarting the computer -- I think there could be a quick guide to restart the computer after installation to restart your computer.
