ROI For Example Exports

Problem

During the online workshop where ImageJ will be featured, the students will be using the example exports to follow along. With said examples there is not any ROI which comes with it, and the participants may not know how to use/create a ROI within ImageJ.

Solution

Allow for ROI files to be referenced within the export spec, and then get ROI when these examples are opened.
