Issues in Navbar #112

There are some issues in navbar:

The navbar is not sticky.
There are logIn and SignUp Buttons along with the logo. There should be the name ("Wool Connect") of website.
There is written "Contact Doctor" It should be "Contact Us".

@vishantrathi Please assign me this issue with the appropriate label of SWOC. I want to solve these problems.
