BTW...if it was not already obvious, go to the button in upper right labled unwatch and pull down to ignore so that you will not be notified of anything. After 8am PDT, Monday, August 2nd, you can return to watching.

I've just been informed by @biagas that it is possible to UNwatch just discussion notifications as opposed to all activity on this repo. To do so, go to the Watch/UNwatch button upper, right-ish, pull down passed Ignore to Customize...there you will find a set of check boxes and you can uncheck the Discussions box to temporarily prevent notifications for discussions.
