Delete outdated containers from Wordpress admin

Currently there are 2-3 hero/header containers and not sure which one to use. So this ticket is to cleanup any outdated/deprecated containers from WP.

The list of containers on the screenshot is correct.

We have Groups Header which is available only on vf-wp-groups theme. It's tied to the taxonomy and consists of two components vf-hero and vf-navigation.

VF Hero is just a vf-hero component that can be used on every theme and be customized. Since it was rebuilt and renamed quite some time ago, on some older sites there may be a need of re-activating the plugin to display the correct name.
