Sonic 3 A.I.R [$50]

This is my first attempt trying to do a bounty with bountysource, so bare with me if I take too long to actually add it.

Sonic 3 A.I.R is Open Source and I believe it also has an Android port.

SonicMastr at one point was interested in porting it but their repo is abandoned.

I'd like for people to comment on how hard this would be to port, because I have no idea

Wouldn't it be possible to use the android wrapper to complete this? After all, there is an Android version of Sonic 3 A.I.R.
