Change buildDir

I had to rearrange the set buildDir before the apply to get it to work

  buildDir = file('gradle-build')

  apply plugin: 'java'
  apply plugin: 'idea'
  apply plugin: 'eclipse'
  apply plugin: 'com.github.vlsi.jandex'
