Bug in "quantum supremacy" benchmark

We found the bug in the "quantum supremacy" benchmark! Wonderful.

Issue 351 over on the base vm6502q/qrack repository pointed out the specific problem in the "quantum supremacy" benchmark that resulted in Qrack's odd apparent performance profile, fortunately and unfortunately. We need to update the circuit definitions, here, and run the new benchmarks. Luckily, I was in the middle of updating these all anyway, given the interval between our initial data collection on other simulators and Qrack's recent results, which at least continue to improve.

I will be updating the benchmark page in our documentation at the first opportunity, likely this weekend or early in the week. I apologize for the mistake.
