Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
SHA1 hashing algorithm is considered weak, and should have a stronger hashing algorithm used to ensure security

Describe the solution you'd like
When the SPDX formatter is used, it should include a SHA512 hash in addition to the required SHA1 hash
