Issue with 3765b5b09f978fe361c389d06f833671dd0da7ee [Rabbitmq] Fix debug logging

Starting from 3765b5b only debug mode is working i.e. when we set debug:true.
Error output:

[RabbitMQ] Exception while processing metrics. Check configuration.
stack level too deep

Master Branch is also not working. 6cc42cd is working fine for non-debug mode.

This should be fixed. Github was out of sync with my local repo.
