Attached the failed result sceenshot as below.

I use bbl to install bosh. By using bosh to install concourse as https://github.com/concourse/concourse-bosh-deployment
The concourse web/workers/db are running well and working well.
The lastest pipleline of installing pcf is synchronized succussefully.
During pipeline execution period. The upload ops manager step failed.
