If anybody tries to use this -- take note that the launch agent installs with the incorrect permissions -

You will need to fix it.

sudo chmod g-wx /Library/LaunchAgents/com.vmware.catalogtodock.plist

Fixed by adding a post-install script.

Since it's munkipkg, another option would be to include a Bom.txt file that includes the correct permissions for that file. The instructions would need to be amended to use this file, as well.
