Velero v1.6.1 has been released!

Hi Velero community 👋

Today, we released Velero v1.6.1.

This release includes an important fix for users running on Kubernetes 1.21 and using restic (#3863). If you are running Velero on this version of Kubernetes and using restic, please upgrade to ensure that you can successfully restore your backups.

This is our first patch release on the 1.6 series and includes the following bug fixes:

• Fixed a bug where volumes from projected sources were incorrectly being included in restic backups, triggering an issue in restic. This primarily affected installations on Kubernetes 1.21 using restic. (skip backuping projected volume when using restic #3866, @alaypatel07), (Skip volume restores from projected sources #3877, @zubron)
• Fixed a regression where CR restores would fail if the CRD did not already exist in the cluster. (regression introduced in 1.6 restore progress: fix CR restore #3845, @sseago)
• Fixed a bug where plugin images could not be used if they had _ in the registry path. (🐛 Fix plugin name derivation from image name #3711, @ashish-amarnath)
