Urgently need resource-modifier that works on 12.1 to remove label "argocd.argoproj.instance=myapp" from ALL resources

Hello,
now I am on 12.1.

I had it working on 11.x but now after upgrading to 12.1 I cannot have the label removed anymore.

• The resource modifier setup in the restore is not logged.
• I am not even sure the restore operation is taking the rm configmap into account
• Applying the resource modifier is also not mentioned anywhere in the logs.

I would like to see the rules triggered

The annotation I want to delete includes a slash "/", I need to understand how to escape it inside the path.
Should I use "~1" ?
Or maybe /
