[Feature] SIP Dial in

Might be useful in cases where the Speaker is absolutely not able to join using their computer. In combination with eventphone, Speakers might then call a special dect extension (possibly one not widely advertised.... ) to have at least a audio-only call. (useful for e.g. panels, where there are multiple speakers, and one speaker's internet connection is not stable, but there is a working phone connection).

Another possible use case would be Q&A in Talks without Herald, where the Speaker could be on Camera and questions could be called in via Eventphone.

This feature is in no way important, but it could be a nice to have, esp. if it is not too hard to implement using e.g. the Janus SIP Gateway plugin.
