Multipost Thumbnail update for WP 4.5?

Good morning,

When I upgraded my client to WP 4.5.x the Multipost Thumbnail stopped working. Old thumbnails are fine, new thumbnails are shaped incorrectly. I have read the solution mentioned in this link, however, before I start noodling around with the multi-post-thumbnails.php file, I thought I'd post to see if there has been an update to the plugin? If no, is the solution listed here still current? Thank you so much!

This is being tracked in #121, however, I haven't had a chance to make the cli scripts. The logic in that issue (which should be the same as the link you posted) should work though.
