!svc pre-config showing warning like this "0% 0/200 [00:00<?, ?it/s][20:54:41] WARNING [20:54:41] " on google colab

Describe the bug

after importing audio sample wave file from google drive, i executed
!svc pre-resample
command and got output like this:

• Preprocessing: 100% 200/200 [00:09<00:00, 20.27it/s]

My dataset has 200 samples, and all are 9 to 10 seconds long. WAV file.

Next, i executed

!svc pre-config

and the output is

• 0% 0/200 [00:00<?, ?it/s][20:54:41] WARNING [20:54:41]

I found a closed bug here for this, but there is no resolution provided.

Can anyone help me execute this code without any errors?
