Hello, I wanted to ask if it could be possible to maybe setup a RSS feed for removed packages from the repository so that users can check which packages are not available anymore in the official repos with a (possible) explanation for package removal.

I've been discussing this issue on the Telegram group of Void Linux, maybe this can be a good idea.

There has been one since 2017. Maybe I can pitch this idea to the folks over at IRC also

This would have to happen in two ways: a commit feed that filters commits by those which contain "remove package" or similar, and package removal commits including more context information, since most of the time the context is in surrounding commits and/or the actual PRs.

A lot of maintainers hang out there, so yes.

Ok, I'll try to pitch this idea over there and see what happens
