emails aren't arriving (in the case of gmail), or are arriving in spam (in the case of other email clients), because the SPF and DKIM records are not setup correctly. we need to fix this and make sure that emails working (from the current email system if possible).
the most important is that the emails arrive to everyone in [email protected] (all active members). we could perhaps find a quick-fix for this email address first, by making a manual list of all active members.
