Email addresses shown in headers when they should not be

Even if VIEW_ADDRESSES permission is not granted, viewing or downloading the 
full message will 
render the original email address of the sender.  Since we're trying to prevent 
spam harvesting, this 
is not good.

Option A)  Disable view/download when permission is not granted
Option B)  Filter out that email address (or all email addresses) from the 
content
