Discrepancy report improvement - allow easier view of discrepancy

Discrepancy report - downloading the report after each new one pops up is a few steps (download report, expand coloumns, scroll down to correct county, etc.) , being able to click on the discrepancy and see just that counties difference would be much nicer.
