Add enable / disable parameter to repository

At the moment, there is no option to enable / disable repository, only manage: https://github.com/voxpupuli/puppet-bareos/blob/master/manifests/repository.pp#L107

We had a few cases where someone disabled the repo (enabled=0 in repo file) and even when puppet ran again, it did not enabled it back on. As we like puppet to force a state, this is something we would like to have in the module.

Would it make sense to add that the module? With extra parameter to be able to disable it if someone needs to? I can make a PR if i get an ack.
