No teacher database

It would be neat to have a database for each school that contains its teachers (e.g. through MongoDB subcollections in a schools collection) where we collect all available data from the plans and private connections to schools for missing data so that we can provide accurate abbreviations and full names and can connect things like publicly available teacher images e.g. from the taro school.
