Would you be interested in a PR that adds:

requirements.txt for Python modules
A bash script that:
- Sets up a virtualenv
- Installs from requirements.txt
- Checks for other dependencies and prints those README snippets
- Maybe even offers to install them for you based on which package manager is on $PATH
- …and then runs your script
