Accessible help doesn't restore focus to individual hover part #47868

Testing -217237 on Linux

Open a hover with multiple parts
Tab to focus one of the hover parts
Open accessible view/help
Esc to close it
Now the whole hover is focused, instead of the individual part I'd focused
