Tests broken: can't connect to elasticsearch

We can install elasticsearch on circleci
We can mock elasticsearch results

Installed elasticsearch and NATS on circleci using docker containers.

Figure how to these containers may have hostname elasticsearch and nats respectively instead of listening on 0.0.0.0 as the host can't be found
