cant install the app, it says unpublished app

I've tried to install it, but it says that the app is unpublished.

I'm also trying to understand the behavior of organizations on vtexio, all the information about it isn't clear about what it does. I would appreciate it if you guys could explain a little bit more about how it works and what it does exactly, cuz I really don`t have an idea whether it will help my demand now or not.
