Adding new locales for the builder

I'm looking into using the builder in my product, but we'll need the UI translated to german. Is there a way provided to add custom created locale files? Or are there any plans to support additional languages, specifically german? I'll be willing to double check what deepl provides, in case you need proof reading.

I've generated de_DE locale file with ChatGPT and added it on a temp branch. If you could have a look we can have it added in the next release.

I'm having the same problem as @tayfun-d but for portuguese, pt_PT, if you could apply the same strategy I would actually help you find any potential mistakes made by the chatbot.
