Derive a props default value from another prop

One thing that would be great to see implemented and I'm not sure if this is already in the works, but it would be awesome to see the ability to destructure and give a default value to props based on another prop. For example

  name: string;
  nickname?: string;
}

const { name, nickname = name} = defineProps<User>()
</script>
