Currently we have an Organizers Handbook which helps organizers get started with their meetup; but there's a lot more that we can do for organizers:
Provide more guidance on workflow processes
Create more infrastructure to make organizer's life easier (i.e., boilerplate social media strategy, slides, websites, etc.)
Create a guide for conference organizers that is written from a participant / speaker's perspective to allow for an effective feedback loop while maintaining a single source of truth that any conference organizer may be able to use in the future while also collecting best practices from the organizers' perspective
Rationale
Organizing communities is a tough job, so we want to provide as much support as we can to organizers as possible.

I would be very happy to have guide for organizing conferences and meetups. 🙏🏽It would also be nice to have a list of tools organizers can give speakers to make good talks for community. e.g. www.slides.com or other tools in that realm
