Accessing args in $onAction

The $onAction doc says args param is an array of parameters passed to the action.

I wonder how could I access the args if I pass an object to a function eg.

setSectionScope({ sectionId, key, value } = {}) {   
    // do something
}

It should be an array with one single element in it
