Environment

Vuetify Version: 3.7.7
Vue Version: 3.5.8
Browsers: Chrome 131.0.0.0
OS: Windows 10

Steps to reproduce

Create a VDataTable with sortable columns.
Hit tab to navigate through the table.
Any sortable headers will not receive focus.

Expected Behavior

Sortable headers should receive focus when tabbed to.

Actual Behavior

Sortable headers are not tabbable.

Suggested fix: add tabindex to sortable headers.
