More videos have been recorded since the last revision of the book, and we should ensure that all relevant topics are linked -- at very least, https://vufind.org/wiki/videos:customizing_record_views should be added as an additional resource in chapter 9, but I haven't checked whether more of the earlier videos are also missing from the book.
