Objection: No provision for PROVISOINAL acceptance of a DID Method specification. A spec is either accepted for registration & listed or it is not accepted & not listed.

Desired Resolution: Remove all PROVISIONAL DID Method specification acceptances from the DID Method Registry.

Values of the STATUS column are not defined in the DID Registry Spec.

In particular the implied meaning of PROVISIONAL is not defined. The other potential STATUS values are not defined.

How to escape from PROVISIONAL purgatory is not defined in the spec.
