Subject: [PATCH] Update to ECMAscript 2024 / 15.0 (#353)

Adjustments as a result of the update:
- Prior exceptions removed
- 2 new exceptions added:
  - Resizable ArrayBuffers & growable SharedArrayBuffers
  - Atomics.waitAsync
