For now, I think it's not yet relevant. I still want to leave it here so in future we could use this dashboard together with the #123 so we can enable users to upload their own Waifu and even share it with the community as we can have different users share/manage assets through this, we can also have a site for this, but this makes sure that users don't need to leave the IDE.

This issue will take place after we have added more assets to our plugin, this is the dashboard to be used like Project explorer (tree-like a component) but for Waifus where they can personalize their Waifus, this is satisfied by #247, but this issue would enhance it by having users preview the assets currently in the local.
