I found a very useful file here for mapping RPPA row names back to genes: http://genomeportal.stanford.edu/pan-tcga/show_target_selection_file?filename=Allprotein.txt

Just a wishlist, but at some point this would be useful in the featureData of the RPPA ExpressionSet.
