Vignettes with errors

When trying to build the package, I receive an error message saying that some of the vignettes fail to build.

Fixing the issues in these vignettes would be an excellent first step to learning more about how BugSigDB data analysis works.

Please check off the vignettes as they build:

• c-section_meconium_shaimaa.Rmd
• capstoneanalysis_clare.rmd
• capstoneanalysis_fatima.rmd
• fieldworkanalysis_samara.Rmd
• healthysig.Rmd

Steps:

1. Fork the bugSigSimple repo to your personal account
2. Clone the forked repo in R Studio
3. Open the vignettes folder and open the relevant vignette.
4. Try knitting the vignette and see where the error message occurs.
5. Fix whatever is causing the error.
6. Commit the fixed vignette to Github using a pull request.

Ask for help as needed.
