pending waldronlab/BugSigDB#55 and waldronlab/BugSigDB#92, we'd like to support ontology-based queries as described here.

@jwokaty @lwaldron quick heads up that bugsigdbr now supports ontology-based queries for experimental factors and body sites as outlined in the BugSigDB challenge #4. See the new functions getOntology and subsetByOntology introduced in fab5d1e.
