Remove redundant 'W&B Models' group wrapper from navigation

- Simplified navigation structure by removing the unnecessary 'W&B Models' group heading
- Pages now start directly with 'models', 'models/quickstart', etc., consistent with W&B Training tab structure
- Maintains all existing pages and sub-groups, just removes one level of nesting
