Feature request

As noted in the Opacity docs Windows troubleshooting section, When using the DirectX 12 graphics backend, transparency/opacity settings are not being respected. Please add support for Opacity / Transparency when using the DX12 backend.

Expected behavior

Opacity slider to work in DirectX 12.

Windows
