There are cases where OpenStreetMap and Wikidata have contradicting values.
The following implementation is proposed to generate a value.

for text: Use the dice coefficient https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/S%C3%B8rensen%E2%80%93Dice_coefficient
for identifiers: A perfect match is required
for coordinates: the distance between coordinates is computed in meters
for boolean identifiers: a perfect match is required
