when the name contains, "Notwasserbrunnen", add instance of https://www.wikidata.org/wiki/Q2453700

Better even a subclass of Q2453700 "Züricher Notwasserbrunnen" and this has again at least 2 sub-classes:

simple .e.g. https://www.wikidata.org/wiki/Q55169705
more complex - e.g. https://www.wikidata.org/wiki/Q55166045
