allow to define bounds in ?loc

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Currently one can define lat,lng,zoom in ?loc which does not allow to share a bounding box with someone else.
Sharing the same bounding box is currently only possible if the other person has at least the same screen resolution, otherwise the other person sees only a section of the whole bounding box.

Describe the solution you'd like
For instance, allow also ?loc=[latMin,latMax],[lngMin,lngMax],auto or ?loc=[latMin,lngMin],[latMax,lngMax],auto which is the same as?loc=[latSeWe,lngSeWe],[latNoEs,latNoEs],auto (where SeWe stand for SouthWest and NoEs for NordEast)

Surely more a nice to have and I don't know if the use for it is really there
