v4.9.0 dashboard looks missing stuff ???

im not understanding why everyone elses wazuh has a dropdown or fallout menu next to the wazuh logo on the top left, why i have non of that and everything seems worse and more complicated on my version, its as if i did something wrong or i have some downgraded version

in this screen shot the guy has all this page that makes editing configs so easy while i got to go and click on "settings" under "Server Managment" for the servers config then i have to go into endpoint groups to edit the groups config like it snot in one area its jus disgusting compared to this screen shot i dont get it

this is how mine looks right now it doesnt have a lil fall out menu next to the text logo "wazuh" in the top left, i just dont get it why dont i have that, why is it missing !!! its booty cheeks is this the newer version or did i do something wrong!
