Looking at the repository because there is nothing of documentation I have been able to change the styles to the table with the gridStyle and put the same styles as the density in compact but the issue is that the popover of the density does not know of the changes.

I put the compact styles to the table but the popover doesn't start by default in compact because it doesn't know about it.

I have consulted the Opensearch community to see if they can help me.

We believe we don't need to implement this because we've changed the columns default sizes. We might decide otherwise in the future.
