When attempting to use the tool on Windows 11 build 25267, the process fails when trying to set the reparse point via FSCTL_SET_REPARSE_POINT_EX with NtStatus 0xC000000D (STATUS_INVALID_PARAMETER). This is different than when attempting to use FSCTL_SET_REPARSE_POINT, which gives 0xC0000276 (STATUS_IO_REPARSE_TAG_INVALID).
